Because of this, I ship my packages with them on a weekly basis and the expected time of arrival is always on point. There was a time I was expecting a very important package to arrive in Lagos on a Friday, when I called their Lagos office on Thursday to ask about the package, one of their customer service reps assured me that the package will be ready to be picked up on Friday.
